Compassionate, collaborative support for people with disability.

Having access to consistent, accessible and acceptable food is important for our health, wellbeing and supporting our day-to-day capacity. I support people with disability with a focus on autonomy, collaboration and respect. I don’t believe there’s only one way people “should” be eating, and want to find what works for you without shame or judgement.

As a dietitian, I can:

  • Help you learn about how food impacts your health and wellbeing

  • Put nutrition strategies in place that support your health, while also accommodating your needs and preferences

  • Work together to develop strategies for you and your supports to help with food planning, preparing and eating

  • Collaborate with your formal and informal supports, to make sure our strategies can be put into action

  • Provide letters of support to advocate for nutrition-related supports

I can see NDIS clients who are self-managed and plan-managed.

The NDIS fee for dietitians is $178.99 per hour. Appointments are 50 minutes long, with an additional 10 minutes used for preparation, note-taking and admin.
